How does buying work?<\/summary>

Browse a listing, check its details and agree on the purchase directly with the seller, usually through WhatsApp.<\/p>

Confirm availability, the final price, payment method and delivery cost before paying. IraqBeauty does not process product payments or arrange delivery.<\/p><\/details>

How do I save a product?<\/summary>

Tap the heart to add it to your wishlist. Tap it again to remove it. Find your saved products on the Wishlist page<\/a>.<\/p><\/details>

How can I check a product or seller?<\/summary>

Review the seller\u2019s information. Ask for clear packaging photos, size, condition, expiry and batch details where relevant.<\/p>

Avoid offers that seem unrealistic. A featured product or store is not a guarantee of authenticity or quality.<\/p><\/details>

Who handles returns or refunds?<\/summary>

The seller handles returns, cancellations and refunds. Ask about their policy before paying and keep your messages and payment evidence.<\/p>

IraqBeauty cannot automatically reverse an external payment. Read the returns and disputes policy<\/a>.<\/p><\/details><\/div><\/div>

How do I create an account or reset my password?<\/summary>

Use My Account<\/a> to sign in or register. If you cannot sign in, use Reset password<\/a>.<\/p>

Never share your password or verification codes with another person, including in a support chat.<\/p><\/details>

How do I become a seller?<\/summary>

Start with Become a Seller<\/a>, then register and follow the available seller setup steps. Prepare your store details and a working contact number.<\/p>

Questions about setup or your product allowance? Contact the admin using the button at the end of this page.<\/p><\/details>

What can I list, and why might it be reviewed?<\/summary>

List beauty and personal-care products you are authorised and able to supply. Use clear photos, current prices and accurate descriptions.<\/p>

Listings may be reviewed for accuracy, categorisation and safety. Counterfeit, expired, unsafe, misleading or unauthorised regulated products are not allowed. Read the listing rules<\/a>.<\/p><\/details><\/div><\/div>

Describe the problem factually. For account support, include your name and account email when needed.<\/p><\/div>

Add useful evidence<\/h3>

Attach screenshots or supporting details in WhatsApp. Leave out passwords, verification codes and unnecessary payment information.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

For a purchase issue, contact the seller first. We can review marketplace reports, but cannot promise a refund. For urgent health or legal emergencies, contact the appropriate local authority.<\/p><\/div>
