Find a product, check its details, then save it or use the seller-contact option. Where a valid seller contact is missing, the listing directs you to support rather than inventing a seller number.
Confirm seller identity, product availability and condition, the complete price including delivery charges, the payment method and the expected delivery arrangements. Ask about cancellation, inspection and returns.
Ask the seller for appropriate purchase evidence or a receipt. Keep relevant messages, product details and payment evidence. IraqBeauty does not collect product payments, provide public checkout or arrange delivery.
Ask the seller for their cancellation, return and refund terms before paying. IraqBeauty does not provide a marketplace-wide return window or automatically reverse external payments.
Seller terms do not override mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these policies removes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Contact the seller about the purchase first. Report suspected counterfeit, unsafe or misleading listings to IraqBeauty as well. A platform report can lead to review or listing action, but is not a refund guarantee. Platform-service complaints can be sent directly to the admin.
Account names, email addresses, store/contact information and details supplied during registration or store setup are used to operate accounts and seller profiles. Passwords and verification codes should never be sent to support.
Product details and seller-uploaded content are displayed on the marketplace. Public reviews can show the reviewer name and review content. Wishlist/session records support saved products; their visibility follows the wishlist settings and links you choose to share.
Messages and evidence you send to the admin may be used to answer requests, investigate reports and review enforcement decisions. Technical records can include IP addresses, device/browser information, requests and security events. Do not send unnecessary identity documents, payment details or medical information.
Public store and listing details, including the published seller contact number, can be seen by visitors. Authorised administrators and service providers handle information needed for accounts, email, hosting, security and backups. We may disclose relevant information where needed to meet legal duties or investigate a reported issue; do not assume a report is absolutely confidential.
Opening WhatsApp or a seller’s external link is subject to that service’s privacy terms. The admin’s handling of reports received through WhatsApp remains part of platform support. The current development preview uses LocalWP/ngrok, configured Gmail email delivery and externally loaded font resources; final hosting, backup and other provider details must be confirmed for launch. Providers may process information outside Iraq.
Account information supports an active account. Listing, report and security records may remain where needed for ongoing issues, abuse prevention or applicable legal obligations. Retention should be reviewed when those purposes end. Backups may retain earlier copies until their normal replacement; a deletion request does not promise immediate erasure of every backup.
Email contactiraqbeauty@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information. We may ask for proportionate identity verification and explain any lawful retention exception. Do not send your password. Marketing permission should be separate from account and service messages.
Use appropriate technical and access safeguards; no website can guarantee absolute security. Specific legal grounds, consent requirements, transfer safeguards, retention periods and breach-notification obligations require confirmation for the operator and applicable jurisdictions before launch.
WordPress/WooCommerce, Dokan and the wishlist features use cookies or similar storage for signed-in sessions, security and saved preferences/products. Browsers may also retain navigation preferences. Blocking this storage can affect those features.
Optional advertising and behavioural analytics are not necessary to browse listings. They must not be introduced without confirming providers, purposes and applicable consent requirements. Any consent controls must genuinely govern the corresponding tracking, not merely display a banner.
Font resources and external services can receive technical information when requested. WhatsApp has its own privacy/storage practices after you open it. A browser cookie setting does not necessarily prevent all external network requests.
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser. This edition does not claim to provide a universal website consent manager. A complete cookie/network inventory and any required opt-in controls must be verified before enabling additional tracking.
Provide accurate identity, store/contact details and any required trade permissions. Include brand, product type, size/volume, condition, ingredients, warnings and usage information where relevant. Include origin and applicable production/expiry or batch details.
Use photos you own or have permission to publish. Show the actual product or clearly disclose illustrations. Keep prices and availability current; explain delivery charges and purchase terms before payment.
Counterfeit, expired, recalled, unsafe or deliberately misrepresented products; altered expiry labels; hidden defects; misleading medical/treatment or guaranteed-result claims. Opened/used items may not be passed off as new, and compromised seals or hygiene risks are not permitted.
Prescription-only or other regulated goods require legal authority and marketplace approval before listing. Do not treat a published listing as regulatory clearance. Sellers remain responsible for applicable product-safety, consumer and advertising requirements.
Reviews are opinions, not evidence of an on-site purchase. Do not submit fake reviews or undisclosed incentives. Featured placement is selected visibility, not a verified best-seller or authenticity badge. Any future imported Google reviews must preserve source, author/rating context and attribution without implying Google endorsement.
We may request corrections, restrict publishing, suspend stores or remove content. Urgent safety or legal concerns can require immediate action. See moderation and appeals for how to ask for a review.
Use the Help Center. Include the store/product link, what happened and relevant evidence. Avoid passwords, verification codes and unnecessary sensitive information.
The admin reviews available information and may request clarification, contact the affected seller or take listing/account action. Relevant evidence may need to be shared to assess the issue. No automatic refund or guaranteed response time is promised.
For an enforcement appeal, include the decision, store/account details and your explanation. For intellectual-property reports, identify the rights involved and your authority to report. Unresolved purchase remedies and statutory complaint routes are not removed by our internal process.
For an immediate health, safety or legal emergency, contact the appropriate local authority. IraqBeauty is not an emergency or medical service.
For privacy requests, policy questions or reports, contact the admin. Purchase arrangements remain with the seller.
Client-review edition. Final operator/provider details and jurisdiction-specific requirements need verification before launch; no unverified compliance guarantee is made.
