IraqBeauty is a beauty and personal-care discovery marketplace for Iraq and Kurdistan. Independent sellers publish their store and product information here.

Your purchase agreement is with the seller. Buyers browse, save favourites and contact sellers directly, usually through WhatsApp. IraqBeauty does not provide public cart or checkout services, collect product payments, arrange delivery or automatically reverse external payments.

Sellers are responsible for their products and purchase arrangements. IraqBeauty is responsible for the platform services it provides, its own representations and its handling of personal information under applicable requirements.

A store profile, featured placement or user review is not proof of authenticity, licensing or a completed sale. No sales, delivery or product-quality guarantee is offered merely by displaying a listing.

Use the platform only where you can lawfully use the service and enter the relevant agreements. A person registering for a business must be authorised to act for it. Do not submit another person’s details without authority.

Give accurate information. Do not impersonate others, harass users, publish unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or collect protected information without permission.

Specific age, legal-capacity and jurisdictional requirements must be confirmed for launch. These review terms do not establish that every user or business is eligible to trade.

Keep your account email, store details and contact information accurate. Use a strong password and do not share passwords or verification codes. Report suspected unauthorised access through the Help Center.

You are responsible for information you submit and activities you authorise through your account, subject to applicable law. A password-reset email is not a seller-authenticity verification.

Store names, public store details, product information and seller contact numbers can be displayed to visitors. Provide a business contact number you are authorised and willing to publish.

We explain personal-information handling in Privacy & your information. Registration uses the existing account and vendor forms; the planned multi-stage verification process is not represented as already completed.

Sellers must be entitled and able to supply their listed products. Provide accurate identity, business/contact details and any licences or approvals required for your activity. You remain responsible for checking your own legal obligations.

Keep prices, availability, photos and descriptions accurate. Include relevant size, condition, ingredients, warnings, origin and production/expiry or batch details. Do not conceal defects or alter expiry information.

Before payment, explain the total price, delivery fees, payment method, delivery arrangements, cancellation and return terms. Provide appropriate purchase evidence or receipts and any required after-sale support.

Buyers should check the seller and product details, ask questions before paying and retain important messages and purchase evidence. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

Nothing here removes consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Seller policies and external payments do not cancel mandatory protections.

Counterfeit, expired, recalled, unsafe or deliberately misrepresented products are not allowed. Do not list products with altered labels or concealed safety information.

Do not present opened or used personal-care products as new. Products with compromised seals, contamination or hygiene risks are not permitted. Clearly identify condition where a category lawfully permits non-new goods.

Do not make deceptive medical, treatment or guaranteed-result claims. Prescription-only or otherwise regulated products may not be listed without required authority and marketplace approval.

Follow the listing rules. Listing review does not amount to product testing, legal certification or an authenticity guarantee.

Only upload photos, descriptions and branding that you own or are authorised to use. Identify illustrative images; do not copy another seller’s content without permission.

You keep your rights in your content. You grant IraqBeauty a non-exclusive permission to host, format and display that content as needed to operate and present your store and listings.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your brand. Content may remain in records or backups where reasonably needed for security, disputes or legal obligations after removal from public display.

To report intellectual-property misuse, send the affected link, the rights involved, your authority to report and supporting evidence through the Help Center.

Any paid seller plan or promotion must be agreed separately with the admin before payment. Its price, currency, duration, listing allowance, renewal, cancellation, refund and suspension terms must be disclosed in that agreement.

Do not assume automatic renewal, unlimited listings, guaranteed sales or a permanent promotional position. Planned plan limits and ranking features are not a promise that those features are already active.

Paid placements, when offered, should be identified as promotional. “Featured” means selected visibility, not verified sales performance.

We may request corrections, remove content, limit publishing or suspend a store where information is misleading, unsafe, unlawful or violates these rules. Serious or repeated violations may lead to removal from the marketplace.

Where practical, we explain the reason and what can be corrected. Urgent safety, fraud, security or legal concerns may require action before notice.

You can ask for a review through the Help Center. Include your store/account details, the affected listing and your explanation. Decisions remain subject to applicable legal requirements.

We do not promise to recover external payments. Any effect on an agreed paid plan should be assessed under that agreement and applicable law; suspension does not automatically erase mandatory rights.

Features may be unavailable during maintenance or restricted for security or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access or zero technical errors.

Material changes should be identified by a new date/version and communicated through available account contact channels before relying on revised seller obligations. Separate acceptance mechanisms must be checked before launch.
